PRIVATE BUSINESS ASSISTANT
GRB Core Assistant
A private assistant for Roman Gorbach’s business correspondence. It helps find relevant email, summarize conversations and prepare reply text through an authorized Telegram account.
Search and understand
Find Gmail messages, review correspondence and summarize business matters such as vehicle collection, transport arrangements and payment reminders.
Review and reply
Prepare proposed reply text in Telegram for the operator to review. Read-only authorization does not permit sending. With a separately authorized Gmail send permission, the assistant can send a reply after the operator confirms the recipient and final text.
Google account access
Google OAuth connects an account only after its owner authorizes access. The integration supports Gmail read-only access and an optional read-and-send mode, plus basic identity information to identify the connected account. Read-and-send requires a new consent flow. These permissions do not authorize changing incoming messages, deleting mail or marking it as read. The assistant runs on an operator-managed server using OpenClaw and gog.
Relevant message content is sent to OpenAI’s API to produce the requested analysis. Answers and proposed reply text are delivered through Telegram. When the operator approves sending, the reply body, recipient addresses and any explicitly selected attachments are submitted to Google for email delivery.
Private use and control
This installation is for the operator’s own authorized account; it is not a public mailbox service. Visitors to this information page cannot connect a mailbox or use the assistant. Google access can be revoked at any time in the account’s connected-app settings.
